Well written and equity is a fact that is understood only by experience. Always people think they are saving to secure their family in their absence. Insurance package has a proven record. So, people are hesitant to invest in equity unless and otherwise they meet so good person who can explain it well to them. Also, the investor needs to have that level of understanding.
